Do PDF downloads expire?
No. Your download link remains available for re-download.

Can I print the PDF?
Yes. PDFs are supplied in A4 and can be printed for your own use.

When do I receive the PDF?
Immediately after checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Print books are produced and dispatched after ordering. Typical timescales are shown in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns

Can I return a PDF?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law.

Can I return a print book?
Yes, in line with our Returns Policy.

 

Licensing

What does my purchase allow?
